What items are eligible for return or exchange?
We accept returns or exchanges only if:
•The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
•You inform us within 48 hours of receiving the item
•The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
❌ We do not accept returns for personal care items like hair oil (Zeyes Roots Elixir), intimate wear, or discounted items unless they are damaged.
How to report an issue

1.Your order number
2.Clear photos or video showing the issue
3.Unboxing video (if available – helps us expedite resolution)
What happens next?
•If approved, we’ll arrange a free pickup or replacement depending on your location.
•In some cases, we may ask you to ship the product back, and we’ll reimburse the shipping if eligible.
•Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days.
Can I exchange for a different size or color?
Yes, if:
•The item is in unused, original condition
•You request within 48 hours
•Exchange is subject to availability
You may be asked to cover the reverse pickup and re-shipping charges depending on the case.
What if the product is lost/damaged during delivery?
No worries! If your item arrives damaged in transit or gets lost by the courier, we’ll handle the claim and send you a fresh replacement at no extra cost.
