Homeslove.in follows a strict no return, no refund policy for issues related to:

- Color
- Fit
- Personal preference or suitability
Please ensure all product details are reviewed carefully before placing your order.
Size & Product Confirmation
- Customers are requested to confirm their size using the size chart provided on the product page before placing an order.

If you believe you have received an incorrect size, please contact us with:
- A clear image of a measuring tape placed on the dress, showing the measurement difference compared to our size chart.
We do not provide extra margin in our dresses, as it affects the quality and finish of the final product.
Product Appearance Disclaimer
- Please refer to all product images and videos on our website to understand the design, fabric, and color.
- Slight color variations may occur due to:
- Studio lighting during photography
- Screen resolution and device display differences
- We strive to represent product colors as accurately as possible.
Size Exchange Policy
- Size exchange is available for an additional charge of ₹200, which covers pickup and re-delivery.
- Exchange requests must be initiated within 5 days of product delivery.
- Exchanges are allowed only for a different size of the same product.
If:
- The original product is out of stock, or
- The requested size is unavailable
You may select another product of the same value, subject to availability.

Damaged / Incorrect Product Issues
- Please record an unboxing video while opening the package.
- Inspect the product immediately upon delivery.
- If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
⚠️ Claims raised after 5 days from delivery will not be accepted.
Cancellations
- Cancellations are not allowed once an order is placed, for any reason.
- Please review your order details carefully before completing payment.
Refund Policy
- No refunds are provided once payment is completed.
- Refunds are issued only in unavoidable cases, such as:
- Product damaged during courier transit
- Package lost by the courier partner
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after issue confirmation and internal approval.
